Hi, I’m Michelle Gallardo, Licensed Massage Therapist (MA83830) and owner of Rebel Massage & Corporate Wellness, LLC

I believe massage should be more than following the same routine for every client. Your body, stress level, areas of tension, and needs can change from one day to the next—and your massage should reflect that.

My approach begins with listening.

Every session is personalized around how you’re feeling that day, where you’re experiencing discomfort or tension, your preferred pressure, and what you hope to get from your massage. I blend therapeutic bodywork with relaxation and nervous-system-focused techniques to help ease muscle tension, improve comfortable movement, reduce the physical effects of stress, and help you feel more at ease in your body.

Communication is an important part of the experience. Throughout your session, we can adjust pressure, positioning, and areas of focus so your massage feels both comfortable and purposeful. You should never feel like you have to tolerate uncomfortable pressure for massage to be effective.
